Nationally, Standart Ground Shipping: FREE

Internationally, Express : $50.00

NOTE: All deliveries require a signature.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

We ship merchandise ordered on www.vvv.fashion nationally and with an additional charge internationally.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

United States: 2 to 5 working days. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic E-Mail with the Tracking number to follow the status of the delivery.

Other Countries: 5 to 10 working days. Please be aware that in case of deliveries outside the United States, VENI.VIDI.VICI.MIAMI. LLC shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company.

WHAT IF I WANT A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASE?

Returns and exchanges are excepted for unused products and only inside the USA. Please return products in the original shipping box and materials. Eligible merchandise purchased using PayPal may be returned to VENI.VIDI.VICI.MIAMI, LLC for a refund to the purchasing PayPal account only, no exchanges.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE?

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on sale.

WHAT WILL IT COST ME TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Returns are mailed at the seller’s expense inside the USA by using the pre-paid return label. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

It takes 10-12 business days to process returns.
